Your little bug will love the stretch around the waist and legs. Soft velcro tabs close around the back away from little hands for a great fit without the bulk.

Hape Bamboo Solar Powered Dollhouse

Bamboo sunshine dollhouse

The large, environmentally friendly Hape dollhouse is made of natural and sustainable materials such as birch plywood and bamboo. The beautiful bamboo floor gives the house a distinguished and modern feel.  To save energy, the house boosts a fully functional solar panel to recharge the batteries that operate the LED lights.

Furniture not included.

Recommended for ages 3 and up.

Why We Like ThisMy 5 year old spends hours in her room playing with her dolls, creating worlds and complex relationships, cities and eras. A dollhouse is one of the greatest tools in imaginary play. The house is a canvas from which creativity and exploration grows. Unfortunately, the really "cute" dollhouses are usually made of plastic. But now there's a sustainable option...with working lights! Seriously, this is a magical addition to any imaginative girl or boy's toys.

My daughter got this on her third birthday and it has literally given her hours of enjoyment. She's five now and there is always a masterpiece in the works. One side is constantly a work-in-progress and the other side has a painting waiting to dry, spelling words, math problems or little notes from me! And, I assembled this myself. I'm 5'1" with no background in construction, so I can promise you with a little determination (and once the kid has gone to sleep) you'll get it together in no time.

BUY 1, GET 1 FREE: Kikkerland Foldable Battery Box

This foldable Battery Box is a great place to store those batteries you're done with until you can take them to be recycled.

The design of the box is unoffensive and cute enough to fit right in on any countertop.

Why We Like This
We all have the pile of batteries we've been meaning to take somewhere, anywhere, to be recycled. How many times have you tried a "dead" battery in a remote or vibrating chair because they were loose in a drawer? How many times have they ended up in the trash can because you're tired of looking at them on the counter? Well, here's a solution until you make it to a recycling facility: place them in here until you are able to recycle them. Once it's empty, it folds flat and will store just about any place. It's just an extra little convenience to eliminate some of the stress that comes with hanging on to batteries until they reach their next destination.
